Generally with unrestricted parking, formal, courtyard or wild gardens, ther is usually somehwere to sit with garden furniture and a barbeque for those summer evenings where alfresco dining is a must!

Equally suited for couples or families on holiday, the Highland Lodges and cottages can sleep from 2 - 16 people. Cots for children under two year olds are often available on request. Self-catering rental accommodation includes, bedrooms, with full bedding for all sleeping guests, a kitchen and dining room - or kitchen dining Area with a table and seating for the required number of people staying in the house.
The kitchens are generally fully equipped for self catering - white goods vary, but most cottages have an oven, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Open log fire - real fire - a big bonus in a cottage during the winter breaks! Wood for the fire is sometimes supplied, but you should check if there is an additional charge.

Double Bedrooms and twin bedded rooms - even family rooms adn singles are amongst the accommodation on offer. Often there is an en-suite bathroom or shower room, as well as a 'family' one.


Where ever you are in Perthshire, you are closeto fishing - you can get a permit to fish for salmon and sea trout on the River Tay, the River Earn and many of the mountain lochs in Perthshire.
